This one’s a bit of an all-rounder! Coconut oil is deeply moisturizing and full of healthy fats like lauric acid and medium-chain triglycerides.


It’s also antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory, so it’s great for dry, irritated, or sensitive skin.


Just a heads up: coconut oil can clog pores for some people, so patch test if you’re prone to breakouts.
