Kitchen Cleaning

Naturally Done Right

Let’s face it, the kitchen gets messy.

Between cooking, prepping, feeding the family, and cleaning up a thousand crumbs a day, it’s one of the busiest (and grubbiest) places in the house.

You don’t need a cupboard full of chemical sprays to keep your kitchen clean.

In fact, most of those “supermarket cleaners” are doing more harm than good, full of synthetic fragrances, irritants, and toxic nasties that hang around on surfaces, leach into the air, and get onto your food.

That’s why I made the switch to essential oils, and let me tell you, I’ve never looked back.

Sparkling Surfaces, No Toxins in Sight

A few drops of Lemon, Tea Tree, or Eucalyptus essential oil in a spray bottle with water is all you need to tackle:

  • Benchtops
  • Sinks
  • Stovetops
  • Fridge handles (because... sticky hands!)

Not only do they clean and cut through grease, they leave the whole kitchen smelling fresh and actually clean, not chemically.

Cutting Boards that Don’t Smell Like Last Night’s Garlic

Chopping boards can be breeding grounds for bacteria, especially after prepping meat or strong-smelling foods.

Mix water and a few drops of Tea Tree, Lemon, or Lavender oil and give it a good wipe down.

Safe, effective, and no fake lemon “scent” left behind.

Say Goodbye to

Musty Dishwashers

Ever opened the dishwasher and copped a nasty smell to the face?

Yep. Ewe.

Add 2–3 drops of Lemon or Eucalyptus essential oil to the base of the dishwasher or during the rinse cycle.

It neutralises smells and leaves your dishes, and your kitchen, smelling fresh.

Garbage Disposal, Let’s Fix That Stench

Garbage disposals are often forgotten but trust me, they stink!

Add a few drops of Lemon or Lavender essential oil onto a sponge and scrub around the opening or drop oils straight in with some ice cubes for a deep clean. No more stench.

Make Your Kitchen Smell Like a Sanctuary

No candles. No sprays. Just a diffuser with Lemon, Peppermint, or Lavender oils and boom — clean, calm, and uplifting vibes.
You can also make your own misting spray with oils and water to refresh the air, fabrics, curtains, or even your tea towels!

A Few Quick Tips from Me to You

Always use Certified Pure Tested Grade (CPTG) essential oils, no dodgy fillers or synthetic stuff.

Dilute oils in water for surface sprays or with a carrier oil if applying directly to cleaning cloths.

Real Cleaning. Real Results. No Toxins.

Kitchen cleaning doesn’t have to be toxic, expensive, or overwhelming.

With the right oils and a few simple swaps, you’ll be cleaning smarter, not harder.

And making your kitchen a safer space for your family.

One spray at a time. One drop at a time.
That’s how we make lasting change.
